We create our pieces with the intent they will be loved for years to come. To increase the longevity and continued vivacity of colour, our recommendations are simple.

APPAREL

For best results, wash your apparel in cold water, always turning garment inside out. Opt for a mild and gentle detergent. Do not dry clean, tumble dry or bleach, as this may cause the garment to shrink. When necessary, iron at a low temperature. To dry, hang your garment away from direct sunlight, just bask in the shade and air dry to decrease the chances of fading.

SWIMWEAR

Gently hand wash in cool water after each wear, ensuring all sand and salt are removed. If your swimsuit is lightly soiled, we recommend using a mild, natural soap only. Please note that our swimwear is not chlorine resistant and should not be worn in heavily chlorinated pools or spas, as prolonged exposure to strong chlorine can cause colours to fade and fabrics to deteriorate over time. To decrease chances of fading, dry inside-out, away from direct sunlight. Please do not machine wash, dry clean, soak, bleach, iron, tumble, twist, wring or wash in warm water. Do not excessively stretch swimwear or roll up when wet. Be mindful of harsh surfaces with abrasive textures, as well as sunscreen and alternative types of lotions which can stain or damage your swimwear.

Washing and taking gentle care of your BBOBBIE pieces will extend their life, while reducing waste and other environmental impacts.

When selecting a size for your child, we recommend purchasing the size closest to your child’s age. If your child is in between sizes, we recommend sizing upwards for longer wear. 

We are a brand who understands and supports that each little body is different, so we have fit our swimwear and apparel on various friends and family to be sure we cater to as many shapes and sizes as possible. We hope all our customers are completely in love with their BBOBBIE purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we happily offer exchanges or refunds on all full priced items, subject to the following conditions -

• Our team must be contacted within 7 days of receiving goods requesting either an exchange or refund. You must provide your original order number for proof of purchase
• Items must be in the original condition, with swing tags and liners attached
• Items must not be worn, washed, or tampered with in any way, as well as used in photography shoots, Instagram posts or for personal gain
• Items purchased with a code or during a sale period are only valid for a store credit (excluding welcome code)
• Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for an exchange, store credit or refund

International customers, please note we offer store credits only.

All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the parcel arrives in your country. These costs are the customer's responsibility. For details on any applicable taxes, duties or regulations, we recommend contacting your local customs authority.

If an international order is returned because the parcel was not collected, we will issue a store credit for the order amount only (excluding shipping costs).

BBOBBIE pre-pays duties and taxes only for orders shipping to the USA, in line with the new tariff import laws.

We encourage you to inspect all items upon arrival, as faulty items must be reported within 7 days of receiving goods. We reserve the right to offer a repair of the fault, or a replacement piece. A refund will only be issued if an alternative piece in the same style is unavailable for exchange.

Please note, return shipping costs are at the customers expense, with the exception of faulty items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service - we are not liable or responsible for loss of parcel in a return transit. Please include a note with your name and order number, along with your items when making your return.

From the time your package reaches our warehouse, please allow up to 7 days for your parcel to be inspected. Items will be checked over thoroughly prior to final approval.

Once your return has been accepted, your refund or exchange will be processed and replacement items will be shipped. If you requested a store credit, your online gift card will be issued, excluding original postage costs.
