We hope all our customers are completely in love with their BBOBBIE purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we happily offer exchanges or refunds on all full priced items, subject to the following conditions -
- Our team must be contacted within 7 days of receiving goods requesting either an exchange or refund. You must provide your original order number for proof of purchase
- Items must be in the original condition, with swing tags and liners attached
- Items must not be worn, washed, or tampered with in any way, as well as used in photography shoots, Instagram posts or for personal gain
- Items purchased with a code or during a sale period are only valid for a store credit (excluding welcome code)
- Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for an exchange, store credit or refund
International customers, please note we offer store credits only.
All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the parcel arrives in your country. These costs are the customer's responsibility. For details on any applicable taxes, duties or regulations, we recommend contacting your local customs authority.
If a parcel is returned because import duties or taxes weren't paid, we will issue a store credit for the order amount only.
BBOBBIE pre-pays duties and taxes only for orders shipping to the USA, in line with the new tariff import laws.
We encourage you to inspect all items upon arrival, as faulty items must be reported within 7 days of receiving goods. We reserve the right to offer a repair of the fault, or a replacement piece. A refund will only be issued if an alternative piece in the same style is unavailable for exchange.
Please note, return shipping costs are at the customers expense, with the exception of faulty items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service - we are not liable or responsible for loss of parcel in a return transit. Please include a note with your name and order number, along with your items when making your return.
From the time your package reaches our warehouse, please allow up to 7 days for your parcel to be inspected. Items will be checked over thoroughly prior to final approval.
Once your return has been accepted, your refund or exchange will be processed and replacement items will be shipped. If you requested a store credit, your online gift card will be issued, excluding original postage costs.
